So a kind of awesome #ShopGoodwill find arrived. I was able to get 2 #anime cels for pretty cheap. Both are from the 90s.

The bottom cel is Saiko Yuki from #SilentMobius.

The top cel I can't figure out, and neither can others I asked. Does ANYONE know what anime the girl from the top cel is from? Thanks!
