WHAT: Urban & small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall.

WHERE: A portion of northern California, including the following counties, #Marin, #Napa & #Sonoma.

IMPACTS: inor flooding in low-lying & poor drainage areas.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 516 AM PST, Doppler radar & automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Napa, #Petaluma, #SanRafael, #Novato, #AmericanCanyon, #MillValley, #SanAnselmo, #Larkspur, Sonoma, #CorteMadera, #Tiburon, #Fairfax, #Sausalito, #BoyesHotSprings, #BlackPoint, #GreenPoint, #LucasValley, #Marinwood, #SanGeronimo, #Kentfield,
#Strawberry & #amalpais-Homestead.
