One prediction is that the E.U. will be against the #RussianFarEast seceding and disintegrating because of worries about the nukes.
But India already is a nuclear power, and the E.U. might be less worried if an existing power takes over the Far East's nuclear weaponry, even if it's a non-treaty one, over the oblasts and krais becoming a bunch of mini-powers.
