Running achievement unlocked!

I have discovered that the towing harness I use for sled pull runs in the winter does a fantastic job of pulling a bicycle and pacer when they have tired of pacing me on my long run. I imagine this is what huskies feel like pulling a sled on wheels for the first time! So much fun!

Beautiful evening for a run! I am enjoying the warmth!

Today I was running with stroller. The kid always reminded me not to run but walk over pedestrian crossings... My pace got worse but, hey, kids are so damn right!

Round 2 with the jogger went well again! The lack of crying (but also the absence of enthused applause for my running skills) makes me think my kid had at least a neutral experience - what more can I wish for?
