Whoa! I just realized, I‘m fairly close to 1,600 kilometers of #Running so far this calendar year… Since I reduced my daily dose of running to a mere half marathon, I wasn‘t expecting to be that far that early in the year. (But, as usual, I just didn‘t do the math in time…)
The one thing I haven‘t yet been able to turn around effectively: My sleeping time. Since integrating my #RopeSkipping routine most mornings, I went back to getting up at 2:45 am. Could be worse (like, hmmm, 2:30 am). 🫠
