Belakangan lagi benar-benar nyaman bikin cara simpel pake #frenchpress.

Kali ini pakai biji #catimor (persilangan caturra #arabica dan #robusta Timor). Dengan cara sederhana ini karakternya benar-benar terasa seperti teh melati.

Another one from El Bueno Roasters called "Cacao me crazy!". This time it's a robusta which is a mosto processed naturals.

This is one of the best tasting robusta coffees I have had. Has a dark chocolate primary note with a bit of fruity acidity. Extremely good cup.

An update on my quest to enjoy #robusta #coffee : Vietnamese style with condensed milk at the bottom. The milk works well for countering the bitterness of the coffee. It’s not my favourite, but my wife likes it a lot.

Hey coffee nerds, did you ever try to brew pure #robusta as pour over and drink it black?

I picked up a high quality one from Uganda at my local roaster. It has interesting notes but I am not sure if I can get used to the astringency in the after taste. With global warming it would great to have an viable alliterative to #arabica..
