Die Bahn brachte uns zum "Katzentempel" #Gotokuji mit hunderten oder tausenden Winkekatzen, die man hier kaufen und als Opfergabe aufstellen kann. Von den Katzen waren wir eher unterwältigt, der Tempel ist aber sehr schön.
Es folgte ein Besuch im #Rikugien-Garten, in dem 88 Landschaftsansichten nachgestellt sind. Dann machten wir einen kurzen Zwischenstopp am #Gokokuji-Tempel, ehe es nach #Ikebukuro ging. Im Anime- und Manga-Viertel war viel los - auch viele Cosplay er unterwegs - was das Bummeln allerdings auf Dauer ermüdend machte. Die Ausstellung zu Given war leider schon komplett ausgebucht,

aber immerhin habe ich ein Artbook bekommen.

Wir haben den Abend dann in der Bar Animeholic im Golden Gai ausklingen lassen.

Had a nice walk today around Rikugi-en Gardens near Komagome station.

Before heading to the park we had lunch in the area, and the highlight was "black tea french toast" (not pictured) from the bakery Mugibatake nearby. Recommended.
