My boss wants me to be able to pick up the phone within a couple minutes and respond within 30 minutes for 1 week in 7. From my euro background, if my boss tells me to have my phone on me my laptop around, he's telling me what to do, and has to pay me. But AB/ON laws looks at it differently.
