It was featured in the film #PrettyWoman and appeared on its soundtrack. It was later featured on Go West's third studio album, #IndianSummer, in 1992. In terms of the group's discography, "King of Wishful Thinking" has become their best known song. The track reached number three in Canada.

So many UK artists were "One Hit Wonders" here in the US but that was a straight up lie. Many here in the states slept on these gifted musicians.
