Pinecrest Creek in February. Both banks with trees overhanging, their bare branches laden with snow. The creek is almost frozen with some open water along the left bank and further upstream. A thick blanket of snow covers the banks.

Warmed up to a balmy - 21C windchill of - 31 which is within my tolerable range and so I got out for my #LongRun today. Yesterday WC was - 42 and I skipped speed work outside #ReallyFuckingCold and instead did a tempo ride on the trainer. Felt good to #GetOutside today!
