We the people of the #UnitedStates unequivocally #oppose the #construction of #largescale and “hyperscale” #datacenters (defined as all #facilities surpassing 100 megawatts of power capacity and 10,000 square feet in area) on American Soil regardless of their #intendedpurposes. The toll that these facilities will take on the #health of #human and #nonhuman# lifeforms, the #environment, #energysources, and #watersources far outweigh any #potentialbenefits that they could possibly have on our #qualityoflife, #technological #advancement, or the #nationaleconomy.
