I added some feedback to GitHub with my support for enhancing #Mastodon with the ability to add geolocation data to posts (opt-in only, of course) at different levels: Country, Province (state), City, Street or #PointOfInterest.

Some “Alternatives” such as #Facebook or #Nextdoor don’t seem up to the task, most of the content I see on there is Spam or Ads.
