Let’s talk #WeightLoss for a minute.

Back in November last year, I #plateaued on my weight loss. I tried everything: more/varied exercise, calorie reduction, strength training, etc. Nothing worked. I thought that maybe I needed to change my approach a bit.

Last month I decided to increase my calorie intake for the month. Nothing significant, maybe an extra 200 calories per day.

At the start of April, I went back to my regular diet. As of this morning, I’m down 3lbs.

Success!
