If not, I’ve rarely heard a better set up to the introduction of permaculture as that. https://www.discoverpermaculture.com/ is a good place to start if you have never looked at it. My hope would be that people come to your conclusions and then act by locally doing just that, descale and refind their communities locally. I have concerns about any coercive action that forces descaling. But I largely agree with you here.
