Better yet, don't buy disposable products at all. Your purchases at grocery stores are tied to your debit/credit card number whether or not you use their loyalty program. Replace disposable menstrual products with natural alternatives.
At least always pay cash. Stop using cards right now. None of that information is really confidential.
