Am 5. Oktober wird die Verification of Payee (VoP) eingeführt und vier Tage später verpflichtend.
1. Muss der Umstellung auf "Payee" schriftlich zugestimmt werden?
2. Ändern sich durch die Einführung der EU Zahlungsrichtlinie Payee auch die "Bedingungen für die Datenfernübertragung (DFÜ)" zwischen Bank und Bankkunde?
