All the hoopla about Tesla stock tanking and Cybertrucks being ridiculed / boycotted: these are meaningless distractions.

These are just slightly different ways of trusting the system to self-correct, trusting in the power of markets and consumers. The people currently pushing the US putsch have built their power on manipulating markets (hello, fully autonomous self-driving car), democracy, and consumer behavior, and they are currently dismantling all meaningful corrective mechanisms. Sure, in the long run, this will take down the whole system, economy, democracy and general health and welfare, but they expect to be protected by their short-term profits - and why would they not, quarterly maximization has worked brilliantly for them so far.

Now vandalizing Cybertrucks, that may be a bit harder to ignore, and send a signal. But of course, tooting about vandalizing Cybertrucks is just another meaningless distraction...
