Idk I guess I'm trying to figure out how people conceptualize their writing difficulties, if they have them (purely due to executive dysfunction/adhd, or something else)

I hate that I hate every task im currently doing no matter what it is, I don’t want to be this negative!! I want to be mindful and enjoy the moment! But my brain is stuck in “work is bad, avoid work” and shocker! It’s not helping me be productive!!
