结论：如题。

Outline： 是自动更新，但是要退出后，重新启动 Outline， 这时 Outline 才会实际运行新版本。
所以，可以在退出 Outline 之前，复制 Outline 到其他文件夹，这样就可以保留上次可用的旧版本。
可以检查文件的属性，新、旧版本，清楚标明文件更新、修改的日期。

解决方法：使用旧版本 Outline。

来龙去脉：
我已经很多天没有使用翻墙软件了。
今天，在第一个虚拟机，看到了Outline 提示已经更新了，选择了退出Outline， 重新启动Outline， 然后发现我收藏的、所有 Access_key(翻墙IP) 都不能使用，我因此得出了错误的结论：中共封锁了我收藏的所有 Access_key(翻墙IP)。
因为有传闻，中共最近在不断封锁翻墙IP。

不能翻墙，就是永恒的奴隶。
长夜漫漫，何时旦。

所以，不死心，打开了第二个虚拟机，这次是直接选择链接 Outline 的 Access_key(翻墙IP)， 发现可以链接。
然后，多次测试：运行旧版本 Outline， 可以链接； 退出，重新启动 Outline，已经是新版本了，不可链接； 重新运行旧版本，又可以链接。
所以，得出了正确的结论：不是中共封锁了我收藏的 Access_key(翻墙IP)， 而是 Outline 最近的更新,导致 Outline 不可链接。

教训：
永远保留最近可用的翻墙软件的旧版本。
考虑到，许多翻墙软件是自动更新，所以，使用这个可用的旧版本时，要复制这个软件，到其他文件夹内打开使用。
否则，使用后，关闭，就已经是新版本了。

提醒：
如有可能，不要在装有中国软件的环境使用翻墙软件，以免这些中国软件，向中共报告, 然后封锁你的翻墙IP；
也尽可能，不使用中国品牌的电脑和手机，以免这些中国品牌的硬件上内置的、不可删除的软件记录你的翻墙行为。

备注:
我只是测试了 Outline 的 Linux 版本 Outline-Client.AppImage，Outline 的其他操作系统版本(Windows、iOS)，没有测试。

补充：

Access_key(翻墙IP), 不能使用的原因：

1、中共确实封锁了这个IP， 有可能过一段时间，会解除封锁这个IP， 因为连带伤害成本太大了;

2、翻墙服务器IP临时维护， 过后就可以使用；

3、操作系统软件更新，与翻墙软件冲突，导致翻墙软件不能使用；

4、翻墙软件更新，与操作系统冲突，导致翻墙软件不能使用:

……

解决之道：
狡兔三窟，学习并掌握多种翻墙方法； 储备多个可用 Access_key（翻墙IP）； 使用多个不同的 Linux OS 虚拟机（推荐 Debian Linux 系列, 以 Systemd 为启动程序）。
或者，苦练内功，肉身翻墙，前往自由国家。

@zer0unplanned Ohhh, as @m0xEE rightfully stated, here the another level of #censorship . E.g. list of blocked (or unstable AF) protocols in my country, which may be used to access the free Internet:

Still not blocked (but "they" are trying to):

- #VLESS (if client and server side properly updated)
- #Trojan

Ofc, I'm not using local #DNS , they are all lying about blocked domains. Only DoH, DNSSEC and other good things.
