it´s been a year since i had to drop urgently my stretching and core workouts and leave. now it´s scary to start again from the very beginning.
need help to decide and start.

- core strength with balances and arm balances?
- bodyweight strength training?
- free weights strength training, minimal home equipment?
- resistance bands?
- suspension training?
