हिमाचल प्रदेश: नरेश चौहान ने केंद्र की भाजपा सरकार पर साधा निशाना, 11 साल से उपेक्षा का लगाया आरोप

Himachal News: हिमाचल प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री के प्रधान सलाहकार (मीडिया) नरेश चौहान ने केंद्र की भाजपा सरकार के 11 साल के शासन पर तीखा हमला बोला। उन्होंने कहा कि हिमाचल प्रदेश के हितों को पूरी तरह नजरअंदाज किया गया है। राज्य के सांसदों ने पुरानी पेंशन योजना, आपदा राहत और बीबीएमबी बकाया जैसे मुद्दों को केंद्र में नहीं उठाया। यह चुप्पी हिमाचल की जनता के साथ विश्वासघात है।

सेब आयात शुल्क में कटौती से बागवानों को नुकसान

नरेश चौहान ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी पर सेब आयात शुल्क घटाने का आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने कहा कि हिमाचल प्रदेश के बागवान पहले ही विदेशी सेबों से परेशान हैं। अमेरिका दौरे के दौरान आयात शुल्क 75% से घटाकर 50% करने से स्थानीय उत्पादकों को भारी नुकसान हुआ। शीतल पेयों में 5% फल रस मिलाने का वादा भी अधूरा है। यह कदम बागवानों की मेहनत पर चोट है।

आपदा राहत में केंद्र की उदासीनता

2023 की प्राकृतिक आपदा के बाद केंद्र ने हिमाचल प्रदेश को कोई विशेष राहत नहीं दी। चौहान ने स्पष्ट किया कि राज्य को मिले 10,000 करोड़ रुपये केवल केंद्र प्रायोजित योजनाओं का हिस्सा हैं। केंद्र की ओर से आपदा राहत के लिए एक भी रुपये की अतिरिक्त मदद नहीं मिली। इससे प्रभावित परिवारों को ठोस सहायता देने में मुश्किल हुई।

पुरानी पेंशन योजना और आर्थिक चुनौतियां

कांग्रेस सरकार ने 1.36 लाख कर्मचारियों के लिए पुरानी पेंशन योजना बहाल की, जो कर्मचारियों के लिए बड़ी राहत है। लेकिन केंद्र ने हिमाचल प्रदेश को 16,000 करोड़ रुपये के अनुदान और एनपीएस की 9,000 करोड़ रुपये की राशि नहीं दी। चौहान ने कहा कि केंद्र की यह नीति राज्य के विकास में बाधा डाल रही है।

भाजपा के वादों पर सवाल

चौहान ने भाजपा के 2014 के वादों को खोखला बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि महंगाई, बेरोजगारी और काला धन जैसे मुद्दे आज भी अनसुलझे हैं। नोटबंदी ने देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को गहरा नुकसान पहुंचाया। इसके उलट, सुखविंद्र सिंह सुक्खू सरकार ने पौंग डैम विस्थापितों को भूमि प्रमाण-पत्र देकर उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान किया। यह कदम जनता के प्रति सरकार की संवेदनशीलता दर्शाता है।

केंद्र की योजनाओं का सच

चौहान ने भाजपा पर केंद्र की योजनाओं की झूठी उपलब्धियां गिनाने का आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने कहा कि इन योजनाओं का धरातल पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं दिखता। हिमाचल की जनता केंद्र की उदासीनता से निराश है। लोग चाहते हैं कि उनके मुद्दों को गंभीरता से उठाया जाए, न कि केवल जश्न मनाया जाए। हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध जानकारी के अनुसार, राज्य सरकार ने कई कल्याणकारी योजनाओं को लागू किया है।
