A brick made at the Gartshore Brickworks in Kilsyth revealed by the current very low waters in the River Kelvin in Dawsholm Park in the West of Glasgow. This brickworks was founded by William Baird and Co in 1867, and was still in operation at least into the 1980s.

Old bricks at the former Flint Mill on the Kelvin Walkway in the west end of Glasgow. The lettering on them indicates they were made at the Boghead Fireclay Works in Bathgate between 1889 and 1930.
