Someone with a significant internet footprint must have linked/referenced my one-stop stat block/ #OGL posts again. Blog visits jumped by a factor of 10 only halfway through the waking hours of the day. It might have been Rosie Midget's Seattle law review article. #RPG #TTRPG #DnD

One minor issue I have with the Mythic subsystem as presented in #PF1e : they clearly made one path per ability score (plus Universal), which means the "Int path" is Archmage, and the "skillsy path" of Trickster is more focused on the Dex sorts... so there's a very intellectual-hero-shaped gap.

I don't suppose some third-party #OGL #PF1 product exists to fill the hole of a "Genius path"?

I was proudly talking to my new coworker today about my posts on the #WotC #OGL and how all of that played out.

3 months ago, Ben Riggs interviewed Ryan Dancey and they talked about the OGL. At one point, Ryan states he thinks it is incredibly hard if not impossible to use the OGL with video games because it is very hard to delineate what is and what is not open content in a binary.

I agree, and I would argue that it can be somewhat easy to delineate what is and what is not open content in a book BUT more often then not, publishers do not do a very good job of delineating what is and what is not open content.
