In order to raise #health awareness and #sex positivity, I propose a new challenge: #NightlyNutNovember (or #NutNightlyNovember), where we remember that #masturbation is normal, #orgasm is good for you, and #ejaculation releases calming chemicals which aid in good sleep, and challenge ourselves to strive for an orgasm every night for a whole month.
It's ok if you miss a night, and it's ok if you do it more than once a day, the important thing is that your mind and body are satisfied by ample release.
Remember, it feels good, and it's good for you!
