Mx Verda@falcennial erm. That sounds alarming tbh. you been to a doctor to test for long covid, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia or some kind of .. idk, but that doesn't sound right.
Most healthy-ish people with no conditions don't feel that bad that quickly, I've always been told. (Never experienced it myself, but ho hum.)

I was also was told that all these pop-up telehealth options were over prescribing Adderall et al. without really doing any testing to people who might not really need it.
The DEA (in the US) has been cracking down on them and shut a bunch down. Here's hoping the supply chain can get back to normal for those who are stuck on the amphetamine salt side.

postmodernTIL if one hand starts becoming paler in color than the other, especially after typing, it is a possible indicator of carpal tunnel syndrome. You're probably putting pressure on the nerve and artery in your hand which both run through the carpal tunnel. Make sure to take breaks and stretch your wrists.

That said, “having a mass” is not a symptom. Symptoms for Sarco are often very similar to long-covid: fatigue, muscle weakness, PEM (post-excertional malaise), brain fogs. Also, coughing, yes. Latest research shows symptoms occur in groups, so S diagnosis may still be covering multiple causes…
