I really love it. It's part of the svelte meta #diet I've been "following" for a year now. I'm not very consistent, but it helped me lose 10 kilos in the first half year and now I use it to maintain, sort of.
I really love most of the recipes, but it's a lot of work and I have very little energy due to some chronic #health issues, so it's can get pretty hard to keep up everyday.
Let me know if you like these kinds of posts, otherwise I'll just keep them to the #noom community (if so, no hard feelings of course, just trying to find my bearings on the mastodon đ )
