We need to be #civil and follow #rules and #laws that are just. We can't have a #society without. But #lawandorder has been twisted into a #politicalweapon, a #fightingword lacking all #honesty. The political factions using that phrase are the same that support folks claiming there is no such thing as a society. #Conservatism is #nihalism

In #Australia we had a #ad with a pop #song that repeated #lyrics, "I don't care". Recently someone played a funky track with "#iDontCare" repeated constantly throughout. We quizzed them where they heard that and they said it appeared in a #Spotify playlist.
Do we need to track the use of "I don't care"?

There is a tendency on a so-called left to think, "if we can only just sing koombaya together or adopt this #technofix life all will be okay", this is #nihalism because everyone must then prescribe to that, eliminating all diversity and resiliency.

The introductory video is good. The #WallE reference was rather poigniant. Yes, it highlighted what could go wrong while also elevating #DisasterCapitalism into it.

Agree, many so-called #progressives are really just #identityLeftists that harbour #nihilistic thoughts against people they disagree with.
Just another form of #tribalism.
When the #identityLeft cannot refute a point using #logic, they often scream, "Don't want to talk about it!" or a favourite "That's #political, I don't do #politics". Some even say they just want humans to die or "Go to #Mars", another signal of #nihalism.
