I spent a couple of anti-delightful hours this morning tracking down why my Macs are seeing a new host on the LAN called openthread.thread.home.arpa. It turned out to be Spousey's iPad. I have no idea what changed on the iPad that it's advertising that name now and wasn't last week.
(ot.t.h.a is a known name used by Apple HomeKit. But why now?)
