Es ist Monat 2 von #Ingwer statt #Naproxen. Der Ingwer scheint wirklich zu helfen, fast genauso gut wie das Naproxen! Die Kopfschmerzen sind schlimmer, aber ich habe *keinen* brainfog. Habe nur leichte, aushaltbare Unterleibsschmerzen.

Monat 1 hatte ich weniger Beschwerden, da hatte ich aber mit der Einnahme vom frischen Ingwertee schon 1 Tag vorher begonnen. 3 Tage vorher wird empfohlen; auf Grund von Perimenopause ist das mit der Vorhersage aber schwieriger geworden.

Fazit: Perforierter Blinddarm, mit großem Riss, paar Tage später wäre es schief gegangen.

I banged up my knee on Friday. 🤕 Hit the side of a disassembled desk with my full weight. They heard it on the other side of the office floor.

So, since then, I've had my right leg raised, iced and off the ground.

Also, to the set of geniuses who figured out Naproxen / Aleve... thank you. Oh heavens, thank you. The first day of the pain was awful. Now's it's largely manageable.

Delighted to be able to report much less pain in my hip this morning: no Zapain necessary so far today (but I’m continuing with the drug-from-hell Naproxen for the time being). Many thanks to those who have been holding me in prayer: much appreciated; please don’t let go just yet.
