I read nonsense on using #ivermectin against #covid (of course) #hantavirus (recently) but not against #ebola. Iβm wondering why?

And let me take a moment to add the social media addendum, as I often do.
Ivermectin has been scientifically proven to be safe and effective at the right dosage for treating parasites in humans.
#Ivermectin has not been proven to treat cancer or viruses. For medicine, "safe" is not just a function of dosage, but also of the danger of the disease it treats. Many medicines are harmful, but offer a net improvement when reducing or eliminating disease.
