Quick health update. I'm now halfway through immunotherapy (will finish in October), but according to the latest CT scan and tests, it is going well so far! I am a bit deficient in a few vitamins as a side effect but got some pills that will help with that! #ThankYouNHS
I’ve just taken a lovely trip to A&E under the advice from my GP as I had a pine needle in my ear canal. How did it get there you may ask; it fell in whilst I struggled to stop the Xmas tree from falling over!? #berk #nhs #ThankYouNHS
In other news, the new treatment for my lung cancer is going well so far. Seeing my new consultant for immunotherapy this week and round three next week #ThankYouNHS
Scan went well, all done very quick. And should get the results on Friday when I speak to my consultant #ThankYouNHS
Just about finished first treatment of immunotherapy - it's taken about a hour or so, and no immediate side effects. Nice to catch up with my reading TBH #ThankYouNHS
All paperwork has been signed off and will start in a fortnight! #ThankYouNHS
So six weeks of chemo and thirty three sessions of radiotherapy came to an end this afternoon! Now no more appointments until the end of August when there will be scans and whatnot to find out if the treatment has worked #ThankYouNHS
I can't say this enough: time and time again the #NHS has come through to look after people, some that i know and loads that i don't. I know there are issues that we see amd read about, but i am grateful to all the people that work tirelesslely all hours to help strangers that come in for help. So, #ThankYouNHS . We are lucky to have you.
Chemo suite at James Cook Hospital very nice and relaxed and the staff are wonderful #ThankYouNHS

If the world could stop chucking health related stuff at my family, I'd appreciate it.

#ThankYouNHS though.
