Today was less hot ("only" 28°C compared to yesterday's 34°C) but more humid. And we'd been getting a bit tired of Reis mit Scheiss (German for rice with shtuff), so instead I made some mung bean vermicelli and just dumped whatever vegetables people would eat on top. Peanut sauce optional. All the ingredients had cooled off by the time I served them or were left raw and so it was a refreshing lunch.
