Today, I met the second person in my life who switched directly from Win 10 to MX Linux after doing some research on the internet. Because they just found that MX suited their "older" computer best.

They didn’t know much about Linux beforehand and I think that’s really cool. 😇

MX Linux 25.2 “Infinity” has been released with a new text-mode installer, updated Debian 13.5 packages, Linux 6.12 LTS kernels, and Liquorix 7.0 for AHS editions.

The release also improves rescue tooling, live system support, and brings back the Raspberry Pi Respin.

Dein Firefox unter Windows geht nicht mehr?
Du denkst, dass Du einen neuen Compi brauchst, weil Win 11 nicht geht?

Mit Linux kann der Compi noch Jahre laufen.

Ich habe in den letuten Wochen mit MX 25 Linux totgesagte Computer wieder zum Laufen gebracht.

Also nicht Compi entsorgen, sondern Linux installieren.

I have to try out the new version and then how well WINE works and for one of the online games I play. If it all goes well the laptop will be upgraded from Windows 10 to #mxlinux
