Like many, I'm struggling and could use some help. I suffer from cranial pressure, which causes mental focus issues, headaches, and black out spells. I believe it's from cervical instability, but I haven't been clear-headed enough to make an appointment with a doctor. I'd like to try a cervical pillow in the hopes of increasing my mental clearity. My goal is $60. Sleeping is difficult enough after my head injury, but added to this my wide shoulders and deformed arm. I usually sleep on my side or stomach. Both positions put a lot of strain on my kneck. Please 🙏
