I live in one of the adjacent neighborhoods and like to walk over a few days every year so I think it's probably useful but YMMV. (No, people don't park in our yard, that's pretty exclusively along Snelling on the East side.)

FWIW those of you in the Twin Cities looking for an interesting cocktail bar with a thoughtful menu of both food and drink near Stinson and Hennepin would do well to have a look at Steady Pour.
They currently have an honest to goodness Hot Toddy right now that is quite nice and perfect for the weather.
I have arrived early at the X so I stand a better chance of being able to see the #PWHL Walter Cup up close. Plus Tessa and Julia from Jocks In Jills are around here somewhere!
