Ugh, serger misadventures continue. I have a loaner from a friend so I’m not *blocked* but I felt like today needed some extra frustration so I’m poking at the original serger. Current theory is that it’s overheating?? It turned on this morning with no red safety light and made two headbands, then I paused to cut some fabric and the red light came back. My sewing desk is right by a window and I get gorgeous sunshine but maybe it’s too much sunshine? I have turned on fans, turned the AC down a couple of degrees, closed the curtain, and turned it off for 15 minutes. Will report back.
