El Tribunal de Instancia Nº5 de Santa Cruz de Tenerife ha ordenado la retirada cautelar de publicaciones en redes sociales de Rudy Ruymán, influencer de extrema derecha, investigado por incitación al odio hacia migrantes en Canarias. Estas publicaciones contenían bulos que vinculaban a los migrantes con delitos graves y promovían de manera explícita la violencia contra este colectivo. Casos similares se han dado con otros influencers como Jan Sin Miedo, donde también se ordenó la retirada de material, pero algunas plataformas como X aún no cumplen con las órdenes judiciales. ACO recalca la importancia de que las redes cumplan la legalidad española y frenen la difusión de contenidos falsos y violentos, trabajando a nivel jurídico, social y comunicativo para proteger la convivencia y la democracia.

One officer pounded on the window, he said. The driver then backed up and moved forward at least a couple of times, striking a car behind him, before turning and speeding off, said the man. It’s not clear if the car the truck hit belonged to the federal officers.
Officers fired about five shots at the truck as it left, the witness said.
