Private Equity bros that I have complained about after they purchased the large medical practice that has my PCP, that they have sinced gutted, de-staffed, pulled all the money out of, polluted with call centers and Automated help, and are killing, just sent a referral for care that I do not need, that I have not requested, that they get a financial cut from, that was digitally signed by my doctor, and he was not aware of, nor requested or approved, and we both are pissed now.

A year or so ago, they did this shit with the mail order colon cancer testing kits that is not recommended for me because I have had polyps removed regularly since I was a teen because colon cancer runs deep in the family, and I get regular, advanced colon cancer screenings. They ordered them for every patient in their large, multi-state practice... This time from an LLC that the investment bros own. This is the real #Medicare #Medicaid #HealthInsurance fraud that goes on.

Judge rules the government overreached with transgender health care declaration

A federal judge has ruled that the government overreached when it declared certain types of gender-affirming care unsafe for young people. The judge’s ruling Thursday in Oregon is part of multistate lawsuit filed against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, its secretary, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and its inspector general. The judge says Kennedy did not follow administrative procedures when he issued the declaration in December. The declaration warns doctors that they could be excluded from federal health programs if they provide treatments like gender-affirming surgery and puberty blockers. The judge’s ruling grants preliminary relief to health professionals who provide the treatment. It was at the end of a roughly 6-hour hearing and will be followed by a written decision.
