A tab for #boost content separate from the main feed. Only option now (web on mobile) is to turn boosts off altogether or disable them at the individual account level.

I get the usefulness of boosting, but most of the time I want to pop in to read the thoughts of the people I follow, get to an end in a few minutes, and leave to do other things in life.

Other platforms design neverending scroll to keep you glued. #Mastodon shouldn't replicate that behavior.

Add a setting to select the languages in which you toot so they can either be the only ones displayed when clicking the language icon, or displayed at the top of the list. Or make it automatic, sort the languages in the list by usage so the ones you actually use automatically float to the top?
Hmm, with the language selection now available in composing. It would be helpful if the language (or at least the 639-1 code) was displayed alongside information such as timestamp, service used to toot from, etc. when viewing the toot itself. An example mock-up of this, wherein a tweet in Scottish Gaelic, has the ISO 639-1 code 'GD' displayed alongside the Web tag, beneath the toot itself, is in the attached image. #mastodon #language #suggestion #mastodonsuggestion
