Well the local homeowners association has finally done it. They removed the last 3 adult capacity metal frame swingset from the community center.
They took down the ones at the elementary school years ago.
Now there aren't any swings for miles around.
Am I the only one missing something here? Swings were awesome, and maybe, rarely someone got a little banged up or jumped off too high, or collided with someone else, but wasn't that the whole point?
