Using audio other than your own voice can be a useful story telling tool. But if your lips donโt match the words, it makes it harder for people to suspend their disbelief and it can even make the work come off lazy.
Take the extra time and learn the script. Itโs time consuming and repetitive, but your videos will come off better quality and itโll be worth it in the end.
