The key is that implosive /ɓ/. I used WALS to find some candidates. First guess was just somewhere in the geographical middle of African implosive languages. Had a bit of difficulty navigating around the family after my first guess, but I got there eventually.

I initially thought that intermediate form between the Arabic script and the IPA was an alternate writing system used for the language. Turns out it was just a transliteration.

I need to up my game here - I'm teaching a writing systems course in September!

I'm so pleased that I spotted that tiny schwa out front.

Less pleased that I thought, in my first guess, that it's followed by a nasal rather than a voiced plosive.
