I couldn't choose which soup to make, so I made both a creamy Polish dill pickle soup, and Greek chicken and rice avgolemono w home grown duck eggs and fresh eureka lemons. 🤤 My teenager loves soup and we had a bowl of each for lunch. tomorrow is #kitchening day for market goods. I'm making vegan lemon mac nut pesto, with home grown lemons and local macadamia nuts and local basil. also something sweet, maybe grapefruit bars. I didn't make them when I thought I was going to and I'm still excited to try them. I just had a rack of bananas ripen, so also planning on making banana pudding with (sue me) nilla wafers.
