Tucker TeagueI just finished two films by the late, great Iranian filmmaker, Abbas Kiarostami, WHERE IS THE FRIEND'S HOME? (1987) and AND LIFE GOES ON (1992). They are the first two films of what is known as The Koker Trilogy.
Oh my! I loved them. Simple, beautiful, full of humanity & observations of people and life. So utter different than almost everything we usually see. Maybe too "slow" for most folks in the US.
I found them on the Criterion Channel.
