Working on a more useful evolution of the #keyguardian, my #3dPrinted XOR mechanism thats useful e.g. to unlock garage keys with a name tag for auto-documentation who took them.

This compact board houses 20 of these XOR pairs, so 20 keyrings could be tracked. But I also think this could be turned into a rad #boardGame, what do you think? Tying two of those together with a string is also very fun, I tried.

Anyone thought of turning the #HoneycombStorageWall into a #BoardGame?

It just came to my mind that e.g. with my #keyguardian [1] XOR-mechanism one could make a pretty interesting tangle-untangle-logic style game by connecting the keys with strings as in the video.

Any more ideas? The HSW seems like a cool base for this.

I finally made it: an XOR mechanism that requires exactly one of two keys to be inserted at a time. I call it the 🗝️ #keyguardian.

This is very useful for example to track where important small things go: Want to take the car keys? You have to insert your name tag to unlock it.

My first mechanical project with #SolveSpace and it was great!
