#Portland has been claiming for decades that their worst streets for traffic deaths can be blamed on the state govt "orphan highways", and demanding that the state invest in these roads before #JurisdictionalTransfer can make them PBOT's responsibility, but here we are doing the process for 82nd Ave and taking several years and millions of dollars (not to mention more lives) to end up with a PBOT #stroad with #ZeroBikeInfrastructure. It's bullshit, predatory delay, car supremacy. #ZeroVision
