Almost half way there - Day 14 of the #junechallenge pull-up challenge.

These always get rough about now as missing a day has significant makeup impact.

Day 7 and Day 8 of the #junechallenge done. Skipping a day is rough but still recoverable.
Day 6 of the #junechallenge and I did all 6 pull-ups unbroken and strict. That’s a PR for me!
Day 2 of the #junechallenge done. Two strict pull-ups. Shouldn’t have been as hard as that but following on a tough #crossfit workout it was.

Day 1 of the #junechallenge - 1 pullup more each day (not necessarily unbroken).

I've done these in the past and usually around Day 8 things get tricky.

Committed with the family to do a pullup challenge in June. 1 more each day so 1,2,3..30 by the end. These won't be unbroken of course (think I can do 5-6 right now) but it should be fun. Sent videos for folks who need to modify via ring rows, etc.
