Queen of AnxietyMentally it is Friday for me. For some reason short weeks often feel worse than regular weeks. Why is that? I don't know. Maybe it's just more anxiety and depression rather than anything else. The spiraling around me going home eventually has continued, but no concrete steps, in part because my stepdad is wound up tight about the person helping mom with her diabetes. I can't make him understand that anybody who works with the elderly will know how to do that. #caregiving #IsItFridayYet
