Much better run than I expected. It would be. It’s really bloody cold. (for a southerner). But when I started, I didn’t think I was going anywhere for very long. By the end, I was glad I went!
And, of course, as usual, I listen to my Irish and Celtic music podcast. It makes for a great company while exercising.
