Since we're having a normal Scandi winter this time, frolicking on the ice can be done. (Business as usual in Luleå, of course.) You can walk or skate a 10 kilometer ice trail around Luleå city center and admire the artwork along it. This piece by Sami artist Siri Baggerman is titled, "It's getting hot in here".
